About JCITI
Jaypee Cement Industrial Training Center was established
under Jaiprakash Seva Sansthan (JSS) at Jaypee Vihar,
Tehsil-Rampur Naikin, Sidhi, Madhya Pradesh on August
2011 by Jaypee Cement Plant with the mission of promoting
technical training in the surrounding areas. The Jaiprakash Seva
Sansthan (JSS) a “Not for Profit” Trust registered under the
Income Tax Act, 1961.
It was formed to provide quality
vocational technical training to rural students of rural areas. The
institutes functions with a holistic approach for overall socio-
economic development and the trust aims to reduce the pain
and distress in the society.
The trust firmly believes that
education is the cornerstone to economic development and the
strength of 1.25 billion Indians can be channelized by
education alone to build India into a developed Nation.
Jaypee Cement Industrial Training Center is located at Arjun
Shiksha Kendra, Jaypee Vihar, Sidhi, which is about 35 km
from Rewa city on Rewa Shahdol Highway 03 km from
Baghwar in Madhya Pradesh State.
The institute has been
accorded permanent affiliation by National Council of Vocation
Training (NCVT) under Directorate General of Craftsmen
Training Scheme, Employment and Training, Ministry of Labour,
Government of India Vide File No. “DGET-6/12/12/2011-TC. The
institute offers certificate courses in Fitter, Electrician and
Mechanic Diesel.

To enable partnership with Government and private establishments by organizing training programs under higher employability courses so as to meet their skilled manpower requirements.
Mission
To provide quality vocational technical training to rural students of surrounding areas with a mission to promote technical training. To work towards enhancing the aspirational value of skill development programs by enhancing skills through better industry connectivity and quality assurance through various schemes.

Maintaining the Competitiveness of the planned for Professional Development; To develop educational capabilities of people with new Socio-economic conditions to support self-employment and Entrepreneurship. To provide students with relevant vocational skills and knowledge to help them succeed in the modern workplace. To promote entrepreneurship and self-employment among students by providing the necessary skills and knowledge to start their businesses.
